George Dominic Anwayi is graduate of Business Administration, specialized in Human Resource Management, from the Ahmadu Bello University (A.B.U) Zaria, Nigeria. He is a life couch, Inspirational Speaker, Youth mobilizer and a Professional Photographer. George is a trained Health Researcher, trained by the US Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in collaboration with African Field Epidemiology Network (AFENET) and KADSACA. He participated in the first ever AIDS Indicator Survey to be conducted in Nigeria in 2017 known as KADAIS.
He is a member of the Young African Leadership Initiative Network, an initiative of the United States Government, where he took courses and obtained certificates in the following areas: RESPONSIBLE LEADERSHIP ON TRANSPARENCY AND GOOD GOVERNANCE, STRENGTHENING PUBLIC SECTOR SERVICE, STRATEGIES FOR PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT, CREATING AND MAINTAINING SOCIAL ENTERPRISE, FUNDAMENTALS OF STARTING AND RUNNING A BUSINESS, FUNDAMENTALS OF BUSINESS EXPANSION, SERVANT LEADERSHIP, DESIGN-DRIVEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP, FUNDRAISING CONCEPT, BASICS OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP, UNDERSTANDING CLIMATE CHANGE, UNDERSTANDING THE RIGHTS OR WOMEN AND GIRLS, UNDERSTANDING ELECTIONS AND CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY, UNDERSTANDING HUMAN RIGHTS, UNDERSTANDING RENEWABLE ENERGY.
George worked with Studio24 between 2001 and 2002 as an Account Officer. He was the General Manager/Senior Photographer at Digital Magic in 2011 and the Creative/Senior Photographer at Image Masters between 2011 and 2013, from there he joined the Kaduna State AIDS Control Agency (KADSACA) where he served as Program Officer, Account Officer and Data Entry Officer from 2013 to 2017.
